Expiry link

For a set of links (maybe defined on the folder level?), we would like to be able to define an expiry link, so when the links expire, we can send the user to a page where we can let the recipient know how to request an updated link.

If the expiry link is not defined in the folder, the user should be reverted to the default fallback url.
